Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter melted
  • 0.33 cups granulated sugar divided
Cheesecake Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cups sour cream
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
Apple Topping
  • 3 medium apples Granny Smith or Honeycrisp, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
Streusel Topping
  • 0.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cups brown sugar
  • 0.5 cups rolled oats
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tbsp sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of the dish for the crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Gradually add the remaining sugar and eggs, mixing until well combined. Pour over the crust.
  4. Toss sliced apples with cinnamon and remaining sugar in a separate bowl; layer over the cheesecake mixture.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oats, melted butter, and cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle over the apples.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown on top and set in the center. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
