  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 2 cups Granny Smith apples, diced
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and dice the apples.
  2. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese until smooth.
  3. Dip each ladyfinger into caramel sauce briefly and layer them in a dish. Top with half of the mascarpone mixture followed by half of the diced apples.
  4. Repeat layering with remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and apples.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to let flavors meld.
  6. Serve chilled, drizzled with extra caramel sauce and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
