  • 2 ripe pears sliced
  • 4 oz goat cheese crumbled

Cooking Process
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté sliced onions until golden brown and caramelized (about 20 minutes), stirring occasionally.
  3. While the onions cook, slice the pears into thin wedges.
  4. On a baking sheet, lay out the flatbread. Spread half of the goat cheese on top, then layer with caramelized onions and pear slices. Crumble any remaining goat cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before slicing and serving hot.
