Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and prep all vegetables: cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces, slice mushrooms and bell peppers, and mince garlic.

Cooking
  1. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  2. Add cauliflower florets; stir-fry for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Add mushrooms and bell peppers; cook for another 5 minutes until veggies are tender but crisp.
  4. Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil; toss to combine. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
