  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Chipotle Flavoring
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle in adobo sauce finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Mixing the Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lime juice, and garlic powder.
  2. Add the chopped chipotle in adobo sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serving
  1. Transfer the chipotle mayo to a serving dish or airtight container.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
