  • 2 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.

  3. Combine both mixtures until smooth, then pour into the prepared pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Cool slightly on a towel-lined surface before peeling off the parchment paper.
  5. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; fold in citrus juices and zest.
  6. Spread cream over the cooled cake, carefully roll it up from one end, and slice to serve.
