Ingredients
  

Brownie Base
  • 1 cup cottage cheese blended until smooth
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips optional
  • 1/4 cup fresh berries for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt for serving

Method
 

Prepare the Brownie Base
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey, almond flour, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle dark chocolate chips on top if desired.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Serve
  1. Let the brownie cool slightly before cutting into bowls.
  2. Top with fresh berries and a dollop of Greek yogurt before serving.

Notes
