- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and melted butter until frothy.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once baked, let cool slightly. Spread cranberry sauce over the top, add sliced pears, and roll tightly while still warm.
- Dust with powdered sugar before slicing and serving.
