  • 8 oz Andouille sausage, sliced

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, potatoes, sausage, and corn. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning; toss to coat.
  3. Cut heavy-duty aluminum foil into sheets (12 × 18 inches). Divide the mixture evenly among the sheets and fold tightly to seal.
  4. Place foil packs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until shrimp is pink and potatoes are tender.
  5. Carefully unwrap each pack (watch for steam), squeeze fresh lemon juice over the contents, serve immediately, and enjoy!
