Method
 

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the octopus and cook for 30-40 minutes until tender.
  2. Remove from water and let it cool slightly. Slice into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, toss octopus with olive oil, smoked paprika, and sea salt until well coated.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear octopus pieces for about 2 minutes on each side.
  5. Serve on a platter, drizzled with lemon juice and garnished with extra paprika.
