Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix whole milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool.
  7. In a bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk.
  8. Poke holes in the cooled cake and pour the milk mixture evenly over it.
  9. Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Before serving, whip heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  11. Spread whipped cream on top of the cake and sprinkle with cinnamon.
