Ingredients
  

Fresh Herbs
  • 1 bunch Basil or any other herb of choice
  • 1 bunch Oregano
  • 1 bunch Thyme
  • 1 bunch Rosemary

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°F (82°C) if using an oven.
  2. Wash the herbs thoroughly and pat them dry with a clean towel.
  3. Remove the leaves from the stems and spread them evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drying Process
  1. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven or dehydrator.
  2. Dry the herbs for 1-4 hours, checking every 30 minutes until they are completely dry and crumbly.
  3. Once dried, remove from the oven or dehydrator and let cool.
Storage
  1. Store the dried herbs in glass jars, labeled with the herb name and date.
  2. Keep the jars in a cool, dark place for maximum freshness.
