  • 2 cups broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced, any color
  • 1 cup carrots thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Method

  5. Pour the prepared sauce into the skillet and stir until everything is well-coated and bubbly (about 1 minute).
  6. Serve immediately over steamed rice or noodles.
