  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and chop the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together sesame oil, grated ginger, soy sauce, and honey or maple syrup until well combined.
  4. Toss the broccoli florets in the ginger-sesame mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the coated broccoli on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and crispy at the edges.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
