Ingredients
  

Burger Patties
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey Lean
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese Crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion Finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Oregano Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Toppings
  • 4 slices Tomato Sliced
  • 4 slices Cucumber Sliced
  • 4 slices Red Onion Sliced
  • 4 tbsp Tzatziki Sauce
  • 4 whole Whole Wheat Buns

Method
 

Prepare the Patties
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, feta cheese, red onion, garlic, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Grill the Burgers
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Assemble the Burgers
  1. Toast the whole wheat buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Place each patty on a bun and top with tomato, cucumber, red onion, and tzatziki sauce.
