Ingredients
  

Protein Balls
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1/2 cup protein powder vanilla or chocolate flavor
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips optional
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds optional for added fiber
Greek Yogurt Parfait
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or flavored
  • 1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup granola for topping
Nut and Seed Mix
  • 1 cup mixed nuts almonds, walnuts, cashews
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit raisins or cranberries

Method
 

Protein Balls
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder, chocolate chips, and chia seeds.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into small balls.
  3. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
Greek Yogurt Parfait
  1. In a cup or bowl, layer Greek yogurt, mixed berries, and granola.
  2. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  3. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for later.
Nut and Seed Mix
  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed nuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and dried fruit.
  2. Toss to mix well and store in an airtight container.
