Ingredients
  

Sandwich Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup jalapeños diced, fresh or pickled
  • 1 lb sliced turkey breast deli-style
  • 4 slices bread your choice, such as sourdough or ciabatta
Topping
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter melted

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and diced jalapeños. Mix until well combined.
Assemble the Sandwiches
  1. Spread a generous amount of the cheese mixture on two slices of bread.
  2. Layer sliced turkey on top of the cheese mixture, then top with the remaining slices of bread.
Prepare for Baking
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle the mixture on top of the sandwiches.
Bake the Sandwiches
  1. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
