Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 2 cups shredded green papaya peeled and julienned
  • 1 cup shredded carrots peeled and julienned
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup green beans trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon palm sugar or brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes adjust to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded green papaya, shredded carrots, cherry tomatoes, green beans, and chopped cilantro.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the fish sauce, lime juice, palm sugar, and chili flakes until the sugar is dissolved.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine. Serve immediately.
