Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 4 cups ripe peaches peeled and chopped
Sweetener
  • 1 cup granulated sugar adjust based on sweetness of peaches
Liquid
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

Prepare the Peaches
  1. Peel and chop the ripe peaches, removing the pits.
Blend Ingredients
  1. In a blender, combine the chopped peaches, sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
Chill the Mixture
  1. Transfer the peach mixture to a mixing bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until chilled.
Churn the Sorbet
  1. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
Freeze the Sorbet
  1. Transfer the sorbet to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours to firm up.
Serve
  1. Scoop the sorbet into bowls and enjoy!
