Baking Process
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins and dust lightly with flour.
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together sugar, whole eggs, and egg yolks until pale and fluffy.
- Gradually mix the melted chocolate into the egg mixture. Add pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice; stir until combined.
- Gently fold in the flour until just combined—avoid overmixing.
- Divide the batter among prepared ramekins and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are firm but centers jiggle slightly.
- Carefully transfer to plates and serve immediately with whipped cream or ice cream.
