Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 1 pound snap peas trimmed
  • 1 medium red bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch ginger grated
Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds toasted

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Trim the snap peas and slice the red bell pepper. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.
Cook the Vegetables
  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add sesame oil. Once hot, add garlic and ginger, stir-frying for 30 seconds.
  2. Add snap peas and red bell pepper, stir-frying for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Add Sauce and Serve
  1. Pour in soy sauce and rice vinegar, tossing to coat the vegetables evenly. Cook for an additional minute.
  2. Remove from heat, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
