Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 tbsp green onion chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Peppers
  • 12 jalapeno peppers halved and seeded

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, green onion, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Stuff each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
Cooking
  1. Place the stuffed jalapenos in a baking dish.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the jalapenos are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
  3. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a milder flavor, remove all seeds and membranes from the jalapenos. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
