Method

  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Divide the batter between the prepared pans and bake for 30-35 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick.
  6. Cool in pans for ten minutes before transferring to wire racks. Frost once cooled.
