Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, shredded carrots, and shredded red cabbage.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, granulated sugar, celery seed, salt, black pepper, and olive oil until well combined.
Combine
  1. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until all the vegetables are evenly coated.
Chill and Serve
  1. Let the coleslaw sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
